Because he's already 14, I would start getting used to the idea of having a gay son just in case. I'm sure you're aware, but if he is gay, and you don't accept him, that would be the worst hurdle he ever faces in life as a result of his uality. You don't wanna be that person. You want to be the person who encourages him to proud of the person he is, no matter who he is. When you're ready, march up to his room and have a talk that lets him know you love him no matter who he is.
