Question for wemon about periods?

other then pregnancy what reasons could there be for being late? I havent had my period since new years and I'm not ually active so there is no way i'm pregnant, i'm 23 so it's not menopause, I dont want to go to my dr because I dont have insurance or a lot of extra money for tests, what other reasons could there be for being late?
