Hello. i hav a problem. i weigh 91 kgs i m doin sucha serious workout since 3 months ?

no sugar no fat less carb. high protien still i havent not lost a single kilo but gained 3 kgs rather . i walk for 1 hour. plzz suggest me what i hav to do i m 5.7 ft tall which lil muscular built
