Could I still be preg with a negitive hpt?

Hi I have been ttc for 8 months now and tracking all the bodily signs. I am 2 days late, my are tender, my cervex is closed and moved up slightly. I took a digital preg test on day of af and it was neg and I do have pms signs. Do you think I could still be preg?
