Why does everyone have such a negative attitude towards best buy?

I was just wondering why it is that a certain amount of people absolutley find that Best Buy is a tyrannical dictatorship within the technological field. While many others are incredibly dedicated to their company and hold it within high regard. In my opinion encounters with individuals and and seperate experiences should be held accountable for a companies reputation ociated with customer service. Although I also agree that certain stores may have different experiences and i may have gotten lucky and never encountered a bad experience with them? Just looking for some opinions and possible answers. Thanks!
