How do you remove rocker cover on 2000 isuzu trooper?

i've got as far as inter-cooler, air intake, rocker bolts, but there is an oil pipe i think going into right centre of cover,, undone the large nut but not sure if pipe comes out or whatever. i;m trying to get to the sensor under the cover,, can anyone help please
