I dont want my mother in law in the room when im giving birth?

My boyfriends mom and I always got along, but I always catch her talking bad about me to my boyfriend. she clearly doesnt want him with me. shes trying to get him to move 200 miles away with her and leave me down here. she also told him that she would help him get custody of the baby if he left me. i dont understand! Now we just tolerate each other. I Dont want her in the Room when I have my baby. -Im 5 months- My boyfriend said he dont wanna be in there if i dont let his mom in there. So i decided she can be in there i just want her by my head I dont want her looking, and that wasnt good enough for him. IDK what to do about this...HELP!!!!! Im gunna have my gma in there also, but the only person I want looking is my boyfriend.
