Baby congested after vaccines?

My two month old daughter had her routine vaccinations yesterday and now sounds very congested to me. I've tried to use saline drops and the nasal aspirator but I don't get anything. My husband thinks it sounds like it is in her throat, but since she isn't coughing I'm guessing it is in her sinuses. Anyhow, what can I do to make sure that she sleeps comfortably and safetly tonight. I don't have a humidifier but I've left a message on my husband's cellphone (he's out playing hockey with his men's league) to pick one up. Hopefully he gets it! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
